Gus is the founder, Chairman and CEO of Trueforce, Inc. a full service IT Services, Consulting and Managed Services company headquartered in San Francisco with offices across North America and Latin America. Prior to Trueforce Gus founded, Five9 Inc. a venture backed global leader of cloud based call center software. Wearing multiple hats during his tenure Gus served as Chief Operating Officer and Sr. Vice President with responsibilities in strategy, product, international sales, business development and telecom services helping lead Five9 to a leading revenue growth ranking on the Inc. 500 fastest growing companies in USA. Gus started his career in the financial services markets serving as Sr. Director and Vice President for OffRoad Capital and TD Waterhouse (a subsidiary of TD Bank Group).
